1. Purpose
Panel is a private, internal operations dashboard provided by Gafur Apil ("we", "us") for use by authorized Gafur Apil personnel only, to manage and monitor the mobile applications published by Gafur Apil. Panel is not offered to the public and these terms are not a consumer service agreement.
2. Authorized use
- Panel accounts are issued by a Gafur Apil administrator and are personal — credentials must not be shared.
- Panel may only be used for legitimate business purposes related to operating Gafur Apil's mobile applications.
- Exporting, copying, or disclosing data shown in Panel outside of authorized use is prohibited.
3. No public service
Panel does not offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, or advertising to the general public, and does not process payments. Any such features belong to Gafur Apil's end-user mobile applications, not to Panel itself.
4. Availability
Panel is provided "as is" for internal use, without uptime guarantees. Access may be suspended or revoked at any time, in particular when an individual's authorization to use Panel ends.
5. Intellectual property
All Panel content and intellectual property rights belong to Gafur Apil. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use outside the scope of authorized internal operations is prohibited.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to authorized Panel users.
